Development

Our Development department is more than well equipped to execute complex tasks as they routinely apply processes and methods such as parametric development or in-house produced sample, prototype and test set-ups.

Production

Our production expertise includes bending profiles and tubes, welding by robot or by hand, milling, bonding, machining aluminium profiles and assembling. We can produce in batches of varying sizes by applying a flexible manufacturing concept which we developed ourselves.

Logistics

Our competences range from qualifying suppliers, developing concepts for the right packaging and means of transport for the product and needs-oriented supply such as just-in-sequence or just-in-time.

Quality

We set the benchmark on the market based on the standards of the automotive industry and tuned to the requirements of the caravanning segment. Our standards include intensive testing, such as dynamic tests, long-term tests, alternating climate tests, tightness and light chamber tests and 3D measurement.
